Lauren Moffat is a brand that you will look at and love immediately. For the Fall-Winter season this year, they offer a gorgeous collection of feminine shapes and textures.
Silk blouses, cashmere cardigans and sweaters, sparkly shirts, with ruffle accents and touches of bold colors like green and red – these are the tops suggested by Lauren Moffat this season. In the lookbook, these are paired with wool cuffed shorts, tulip lacey skirts for an urban look, but also with floor length maxi skirts for a more bohemian look. If you like dresses, there are silk, ivory ones that look so romantic with a pair of tights and heels, but also sophisticated shapes, that make a statement on their own.
You can spot school uniform inspiration, but it is not your regular school, it’s rather the Gossip-Girl-Upper-East-Side style: plaid shorts and capes, socks worn with heeled maryjanes and such. Native American patterns are also seen here and there, giving a cool, ethnic accent to the clothes. Sweet little bows seem to be a leitmotiv of this collection.
